Loneworker – connection fees

Professionals who work alone without supervision, so-called lone workers, are entitled to the right protection and safety. Working alone entails risks. In the event of an emergency, these persons should be able to call for help quickly and easily. LONEWORKER provides this protection. The service consists of the combination of a robust telephone with drop and man down detection and an emergency call system that automatically sends alarms when something is wrong. In the Netherlands, many people work in isolation under potentially dangerous conditions. For example in construction, security, industry, transport, defense and healthcare. LONEWORKER offers a solution. A cloud-based service offers the advantage that in addition to a robust device such as the Sonim XP5s and XP8, no additional equipment is required.

Guardian

The people in your immediate environment such as colleagues, friends and family are your so-called “guardians”. They receive alarms by telephone or via the guardian app and then take action!

Help call

In the event of a fall or when the alarm button on the device is pressed, all “guardians” will receive the call for help. If the guardian starts calling the person who raised the alarm, the device may no longer be able to do this yourself.

Guardian-app

If the guardian has an Android phone, the loneworker app is available. On the app, the guardians receive the alarm message including the location from which the alarm was given.

Cost

The costs of this service are € 9.95 excluding VAT, per month per user. (exl. device). In addition, we calculate € 29.95 once on the first invoice for preparing the appliance for use.
